Owen | Operations & HR Manager | Buenos Aires, Argentina
A creative thinker with a different perspective, Owen has a natural talent for building strong relationships & connecting with people. He loves the ability to play a part that makes a big difference and enjoys the opportunity to meet & form connections all over the world.
A native-born Argentinian, Owen loves football & pasta, and has a passion for Port and Bourbon. He has a goal to visit every province of Argentina (all 23!), loves to spend time in nature with family & friends, and one day wants to take his wife to Italy.
Eloise Holder | Visionary/Integrator | Mount Gambier, Australia
A visionary with a flair for business, Eloise is the young entrepreneur behind Zembr and under her passionate and progressive guidance, Zembr continues to go from strength to strength. Eloise is creative and highly-motivated with a work ethic that embodies the Zembr brand. It’s her job to inspire “Team Zembr” and create raving fans from our customers.
Originally from Mount Gambier, Eloise now lives in Argentina with her husband and sees herself as a stereotypical, scatterbrained “leftie” who nonetheless thrives on a challenge – fueled by coffee and chocolate and a deep love for family and friends. One day she would love to see the Lights at Uluru and travel to Rome or Venice.
Mandi | Client Acquisition | Barbados, Caribbean
All the way from sunny Barbados, Mandi loves working with clients from multiple different industries with Zembr.
A painter and DIY enthusiast, Mandi enjoys exploring her island home and whipping up an agenda for the day ahead the night before. Her next challenge is to learn to play the piano.

Vanesa | EA/SA UK/US Team Lead | London, United Kingdom
Vanesa is super focused and dedicated to ensuring her clients are on the right track. Juggling multiple continents, she ensures the UK/CAN/ARG Virtual Assistance Team and Virtual Accounts Teams are kicking goals left, right and centre. She is an accountable woman of her word, who ensures all client’s wishes are being granted and loves a good reporting structure.
Vanesa’s next challenge is learning to drive a digger, touring around Europe, visiting NZ & driving a Supercar!

Cassia | EA AU/NZ Team Lead | Hamilton, Australia
Cassia enjoys supporting, managing and organising clients busy schedules and work life to ensure they succeed! She also loves organising events and the process of collaborating.
Outside work hours, Cassia loves Scrabble and rollerblading - not at the same time! She’d love to visit the Swiss Alps, snorkel The Great Barrier Reef and go on a road trip across America.

As a valued part of the Zembr Sales Assistant Team, Cassia enjoys being surrounded by enthusiastic people willing to share their knowledge. She enjoys helping her client Sales Managers improve their engagement through skilled lead generation and appointment booking.
Originally from Hamilton, NZ, Cassia now lives in Leeton, the self-proclaimed “rice capital” of Australia. She is a person who likes to prioritize her tasks to ensure that the most important ones are done in a timely manner and is always dedicated to fulfilling her commitments.

Stacey | Kilmarnock, United Kingdom
In her Zembr role of Executive Assistant, Stacey manages her client’s calendars and inboxes. Her favourite task is smashing a to-do list, but she is also an “Inbox Zero” freak who is never happier than when she’s meeting a difficult deadline. Stacey loves eating chocolate, joining in a noisy debate and would like to visit Paris or the Great Barrier Reef.
Emily | Toulon, France
Our resident Zembr chatterbox, Emily is the bouncy, outgoing kind of girl who makes the best kind of Executive Assistant. She loves completing to-do lists, not being satisfied until every task is crossed off. Emily is a 120% kind of person!
When she’s not helping her Zembr clients achieve their business goals, Emily loves exploring her new home, the lovely French city of Toulon, discovering beautiful gardens and cafes and other hidden treasures.
Keely | London, United Kingdom
A chatterbox at heart, Keeley is our optimistic energiser bunny! She loves a long walk, trying out new recipes and plants (although she can’t seem to keep them alive). A great communicator with an open mindset, Keeley will have your life back on track in no time, and hey, if you’re lucky enough, she might even bake you a batch of her famous chocolate cookies.
Mackenzie | Stamford, United Kingdom
Located in Barrowden in the UK (sounds like a place to visit!) Mackenzie has an unusual habit of befriending squirrels and birds! When she’s not out there with her breadcrumbs, Mackenzie is one of our super Zembr Executive Assistants, a perfectionist who thrives on coffee-motivation and to-do lists! She is passionate about helping people and gets a kick out of seeing those to-do lists completed.
Mackenzie is super creative and loves music and art. And she also wants to swim with dolphins, go on a sketching trip and visit Australia.
Emma | Aberdeen, United Kingdom
Emma is a Scottish efficiency expert, with a penchant for timekeeping and meeting deadlines. Planning, task lists, & prioritising with the help of a good old fashioned notebook, are among her main keys to success.
Emma wants to learn to snowboard, can’t wait to visit Iceland, an Australian Winery and a natural spa. She has a great appreciation for a good sense of humour, and you’ll find her paddle-boarding in the highlands in her time off.
Nicola | Lancaster, United Kingdom
Known by her friends as 'the boss,' Nicola is highly efficient and doesn't leave a minute of her day unoccupied! When she's not working, she loves socializing, listening to music, and unwinding on a paddleboard in the Lake District! Nicola also dreams of seeing the Northern Lights, exploring destinations outside of Europe—perhaps New York or Paris or any big city with dazzling lights at night.
Ariana | Hull, United Kingdom
With contagious energy Ariana ensures we not only get things done but have fun doing it! She is a firm believer in staying organised, and her trusty to-do lists are her best friends.
Despite her many skills, keeping rabbits alive is not one of them, so that’s one job you shouldn’t be delegating!
Nolita | Rome, Italy
Our only team member from the coutry of pizza a pasta, Nolita is all about staying organized with task lists and notes to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Nolita is sociable and outgoing, loves meeting new people and it adamant to tick of her bucket list items which include swimming with dolphins, bungee jumping and visiting Maui.
Rowena | Harrogate, United Kingdom
With a ginger mop and crazy personality to match, Rowena doesn’t see herself as a “fit in the box” kind of person. She loves working SMART and once she’s invested in a situation, gives it 100% - just the kind of assistant that a busy executive needs. From York, UK, Rowena has a cat called Bear and would love to visit Venice – when she’s not so busy gardening and spending time with her horses.
Zara | Toulon, France
Zara is the perfect Zembr Executive Assistant, who thrives on organization and tidiness. She detests having a long task list, preferring to get everything done and dusted. (So do we!) Zara has recently learnt to speak French, an achievement of which she is justifiably proud.
Originally from the Emerald Isle, Zara now lives in Toulon with her husband and little boy, a cheeky little monkey who keeps her on her toes (and up at night!)
Boni | Redwood Falls, United States
Boni is a team member who is 110% a people person, colors outside the lines and is sure to keep you entertained. A professional snacker with a weakness for Percy Pigs, she knows her priorities and schedules her day around meals and mischief. If you need a laugh (and some tequilla’s) Boni’s your gal—just don’t trust her with your pets or plants!
On the work front she loves event planning and anything culture related. Enjoys projects that have a creative scope and aren't a "this is the way we've always done it" type.With a very real fear of being bored (at work and personally) Boni enjoys making monotonous tasks fun!
Louella | Maidstone, United Kingdom
Louella is a gin and chocolate loving lady who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs thrive and all things food.
When asked if she would rather read minds or be invisible she replied: "100% read minds. After all, isn't that a Virtual Assistant's Superpower?!"
Louella’s travel wish list includes the Caribbean, New Zealand and Italy.
Suzannah | Manchester, United Kingdom
After a brisk morning walk and a cup of tea, Suzannah, one of our lovely Zembr Executive Assistants gets stuck into managing her client’s inbox. Capably managing projects and helping people achieve their goals is what Suzannah does best.
Suzannah loves entertaining family and friends (and some very special nieces and nephews!) but she’d also love to travel: swimming at the Great Barrier Reef and visiting South Africa, with it’s diverse and fascinating culture are two of her bucket list destinations.
Shelley | London, Canada
Describing herself as ‘chatty but introverted’ Shelly is the only Zembrite hailing from Canada! With an innate ability to work under pressure and consolidate large amounts of information, she is ready to tackle any task you throw at her. Starting her day with a hot coffee (requirements of joining Zembr) and ending it with a cold beer in front of a Toronto’s Maples game, Shelly has her work life balance down pat.
Naomi | Horsham, United Kingdom
Naomi has a talent for speedy completion of tasks making her an organised, super-efficient Executive Assistant. She loves feeling connected to the outside world from her home office, hitting client targets and being an important part of the Zembr team.
Naomi has family in the beautiful city of Perth, Australia and would love to visit there again, but with a secret passion for Formula One, we wouldn’t be at all surprised to hear she stopped over in Monaco on the way.

Donae is a friendly helping hand (or ear) for anyone and everyone. A delightfully happy customer service provider, this Mt Gambier local grew up with rabbits, calves, and lambs as childhood pets.
Donae’s goals include seeing the Great Australian Bight, visiting to Fraser Island and decking out a caravan - as well as learning how to play the piano. Her hot work tip is to take lots of notes!
Melanie | Brisbane, Australia
With a passion for facilitating business success by making executives more productive, Melanie has ninja-like time blocking skills that she uses to help change lives.
A native New Zealander, she currently lives in Brisbane where you’ll find her walking or enjoying breakfast on the beach on her day off!
She would love to hike the Pacific Crest Trail one day & also travel around Europe.
Susie | Wangaratta, Australia
Outgoing and excitable, Susie brings energy and motivation to our team! Thriving on a to-do list and kindness, her only real flaw is that she didn't like coffee (insert every single team member crying).
Left on her bucket list are traveling to Canada, traveling the length of NZ in a campervan, and driving a race car. Given a full day of free time, she would pack up the kids and head to the beach!

Selena thrives on continuous learning and exploring the depths of knowledge through quirky in-depth questions.
She is keen to get out of the reletively new Australia and explore the ancient coountries of Europe. With an unusual (yet very useful) love of vacumming you can always count on her spave being clean! With an usual bucklist item of experiencing an earthquake, we hope she isn’t hurt too much in reaching her goals.

Janelle is the epitome of what it means to be a Zembrite. Described as being ‘too organized’ (there is no such thing) she is passionate about helping her clients focus on the important tasks, their dream and their 'why,’ all whist maintaining her perfectly calm demeanor and munching on chocolate dipped strawberries. Oh, and if you happen to run into her on her morning walk - don’t be surprised if you are met with a cheery smile and a ‘good morning.’

Driven and eager to learn, Gemma is our quitet achiever. Keeping her clients on track with adaptability and commitment to their success she excels in collaborattion and execution.
Originally from Victoria, she loves exploring new destinations, making the most of public holidays to tick off her bucket list items, including the Whitsundays, Northern Lights, and Swiss Alps.
Olivia | Brisbane, Australia
With a knack for lists and schedules, Olivia ensures tasks are tackled efficiently and deadlines are met. With the love for connecting with people and making them feel understood, she brings expertise to the Executive Assistance team at Zembr.
Outside of work, you'll find her enjoying a good book and dreaming of indulging a traditional cannoli on the coast of Sicily.

The extra right hand helping managers get the job done, Vicky is an English New Zealander who never says no. She has a top level appreciation for a solid sense of humour, an inability to keep any pet Goldfish alive, and would love to swim with Dolphins!
Combining fun and humour with work, Vicki is your go to for a structured and task driven assistant who has a personal passion for uncomplicating lives.

With a passion for notebooks and journals (we get it!) Rachel-from-Jamaica is a list-making Executive Assistant ninja! Making sure that her clients’ projects are completed properly and on time is Rachel’s specialty and she really enjoys the vibrant nature of the Team Zembr workspace.
Hanging out with friends and family is one of Rachel’s favourite leisure-time activities, but she is also a musician who hopes to record an album of her original songs.

Nestled in the scenic Adelaide Hills of Mount Barker, Sahra is a detailed planner, ensuring each day concludes with a completed to-do list. Her dedication to excellence and passion for assisting others makes her a valueble assest to the whole team.
Beyond work, Sahra enjoys her morning strolls and beach trips, and of course, gin. One day she dreams of owning a retreat in sunny Queensland and doing a road trip of Australia in 79 Series.

Outside work hours, you’ll find her sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. This flexible champion still holds her school high jump record!
Sheree | Auckland, New Zealand
Sheree provides behind-the-scenes support for busy accounts and finance managers and has loads of bookkeeping experience from a variety of small businesses.
In her spare time, Sheree is fond of a stroll along the beach or a bush walk and relaxing with her wonderful family ...and laughing at the funny things that her nieces and nephews say!

Debra exceeds clients expectations by ensuring accounts are up to date, and on time. Based in Barbados, Debra thrives on planning, prioritizing, and making lists.
Debra is a mum of 5 and loves a good practical joke. She has always wanted a pet horse, and her dream holiday would be to travel across the US in an RV.

With experience in financial analysis and recordkeeping, she excels at streamlining and optimising her clients’ financial processes.
Heidi is passionate and hardworking and a bit of an organizational freak, but she also loves a good trek up a mountain and a day of physical activity. Paradoxically, you’ll also find her curled up with a good book during her quiet moments.

An uncluttered, orderly desk is Sally’s preferred work “style” and she does so with the efficiency that makes our Zembr Sales Assistants the best. She is a friendly, helpful and organised person who makes sure her client sales teams reach their goals.
Nelson, New Zealand is where Sally currently lives, but she has a wanderlust that may see her dream of visiting Italy and France come true. If that doesn’t work out, a day beside a woodfire with a blanket and a glass of wine also makes her happy.

In her spare time, Rochelle's goal is to read all of the books in a library. While she loves sunny Queensland, one day she'd love to live in Canada with her husband, 3 kids and 2 cats, Fossa and Shadow.

As one of Zembr’s Sales Assistants, Carlie excels at Excel (like – what else?!) She’s a data entry whiz, who enjoys making sure her client’s information is accessible, up-to-date and error-free. With a chatty, friendly personality, Carlie is the kind of girl who’s got your back when there’s an issue that really needs to be sorted – she’ll stick with the job until it’s done.
Carlie lives in Whanganui, New Zealand, and when she’s not manipulating spreadsheets (or whipping up a batch of muffins) she has a husband and cheeky little son to keep her busy. She’d love to travel to world, learn Spanish and go scuba diving!
Jasmine | Warwick, Australia
With infectious energy and insane efficientcy, Jasemine brings confidence and organised chaos to all who she deals with! She thrives away from city chaos, preferring the tranquillity of the country over urban congestion.
Beyond work, Jasmine's bucket list reflects her energetic personality with dreams of exploring the Swiss Alps, mastering snowboarding, experiencing white-water rafting, and swimming in the Great Barrier Reef.

Being an extremely organised person, Janelle excels in assisting her clients reach their sales KPI’s – and making them smile. She loves the culture at Zembr, knowing that her time-management skills are helping businesses achieve their goals.
Janelle calls the inland Aussie city of Leeton home, but she has her sights on higher (The Swiss Alps) and wilder (helicopter rides) pastimes. However, love for family keeps her firmly grounded and some really good “retail therapy” helps her unwind after a busy week.

Melanie is the very definition of “superwoman”, a busy work-from-home mum who also just happens to homeschool her teenage kids! Finding every day a new adventure, Melanie loves working as a Zembr Sales Assistant, watching her clients’ businesses thrive and grow.
A self-confessed “cat lady”, Melanie has two beloved fur babies and would happily adopt as many as her husband would allow! She loves helping people, photography and coffee (just our kind of Zembrite)

From her home in Doncaster, UK, Zara is one of Zembr’s Virtual Executive Assistants who thrives off client satisfaction. Working from her trusty task list, Zara is a super organised assistant and makes sure that she gets the job done.
With a phobia for elevators, Zara keeps her feet firmly on the ground by spending time with her family and friends. However, she also has an adventurous streak and wants to ride a hot air balloon and visit the beautiful island of Santorini.
Louella | Swan Hill, Australia
The ever-cheery Louella is our reliable source of a smile, a nice sarcastic comment, and will probably come bearing taxidermy of some sort. She loves chatting with people and is the happy receptionist we all wish we had on the other end of the phone!
With a rare talent for being able to reorganize any space to maximize space, she is also a pro antique shopper and dreams of visiting French Polynesia – a far shot from her dusty hometown of Swan Hill!

Trixie is a stickler for neat workspaces and thorough to-do lists. A reliable and knowledgeable virtual receptionist who's always ready to lend a helping hand.
Her talents don’t stop in the office though! She also plays the piano, has interior design and landscaping knowledge! So next time you talk to her on the phone, make sure to ask her!

Tom | IT | Shepshed, United Kingdom
Tom is the resident go-to for all things IT and loves solving all technologically related problems. Also renowned for being able to eat a tube full of fruit pastilles in under 15 seconds, Tom is fond of sleeping, reading, cycling and doing a spot of calligraphy in his spare time.
The only three things not ticked off his bucket list are: to ride Fort William, visit Canada & USA, and check out Zembr’s Aussie head office.
