HOW IT WORKS:
We attend your quarterly strategy session virtually, to gain insight & understanding of your company goals & strategy (optional).
We track your company goals & metrics in our accountability software, for 100% visibility & transparency.
We work one-on-one with your team to create achievable plans for each goal (including; milestones, due dates, ideal outcomes)
We host regular accountability Rapid Fire Zones (project updates, reminders & identification of road blocks).
Check-in consistently each week via WhatsApp, phone and email to follow-up team members and remove road blocks.
Host one-on-one follow-up & execution sessions with each team member fortnightly and monthly team accountability sessions.
Submission of fortnightly progress reports to management.
Team celebration organised by Zembr at end of quarter to mark 95% completion.

THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
For us to successfully work with your company, we require your company to have the following in place:
A Basic Strategy Including; Vison, Mission, Target Market, USPs, Turnover & Profit Goals, Performance Metrics, Key Strategic Developments (leadership level)
Yearly & 90-Day Plan Including; Yearly Company Goals (owner, allocated timeline & clear outcome), SMART 90-Day Leadership Level Goals.
Accountability Chart - clearly defining roles & seats
Current Systems - outline of what is currently used for task/project management
Company Context - current business state, any challenges or upcoming changes.
*Must be provided prior to kick-off
