As a virtual assistant you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our clients senior-level managers. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks, inbox and calendar management including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
This role is a vital one - assisting busy executives to organise their professional + personal lives...and their teams. It takes extreme organisation skills, IT expertise, A level communication and much more! We are looking for someone who:
Excels in written and oral communication, via all mediums
Is proficient with technology, and confident with video conferencing
Is extremely organised and is able to prioritise competing priorities
Is proactive and focused on helping others
Loves finding solutions to problems and thinking outside the box
Is a natural leader and good team player
Preferably has previous experience in an executive assistance role in a fast moving company
LOVES all things structure and organisation, is confident 'bossing' others, creating schedules, and following through

Key Responsibilities may include:
Manage/Organize client’s inbox and calendar
Respond to emails and phone calls
Manage followup of client & team to execute on strategy & tasks
Schedule meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Perform market research
Create presentations and reports, as assigned
Address employees’ administrative queries
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Prepare meeting agendas
Take minutes during meetings and distribute
Other admin duties as delegated by clients

We are looking for an enthusiastic, preferably Australian or New Zealand based Sales Assistant (Phone based/Remote) to join our team of Telecommandos, who consistently beat industry benchmarks and expand our clients’ sales pipelines.
You will be responsible for contacting a diverse range of industries via the telephone, for a variety of outcomes. These outcomes range from confirming contact information to sales discussions focused around converting the customer to the next step in the process.
An effective 'Sales Assistant' must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, and ideally carrying the conversation beyond the scripted dialogue
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and engage with the customer
Enter and update customer information in the required systems
Take appropriate notes to forward enquiries and complaints to the correct person/department
Send professional emails using provided templates, personalised where required
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Meet KPIs and engage with the team to solve problems and queries

We are looking for an organized, self starter to join our bookkeeping team who can help our clients kick their business goals.
This part time remote role reports to the Accounts Team Leader and ideally will be based in a UK/US/EU/AU/NZ time zone. It would suit an enthusiastic customer-centric individual who can fit seamlessly into our clients’ businesses and be responsible for:
Invoice processing
Processing expense requests
Credit control
Bank reconciliation
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
Raising sales invoices
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
Managing accounts inbox
Report preparation and administration as required
We are looking for an proactive individual who has:
An eye for detail, to ensure a high level of accuracy
Analytical skills
Prior experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge in Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB, Sage50 etc
Other Requirements:
Home office set up including computer with webcam, high speed internet access etc
